The much-awaited event on the region’s annual festive calendar, the CII Chandigarh Fair is here. The 27th edition of the fair, organised by CII Northern Region opens to the public at its traditional venue, The Parade Ground, on Friday. It will continue till October 28, daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

The fair will feature 280-plus exhibitors and pavilions from states like Goa, Gujarat, Jammu & Kashmir, West Bengal, and Uttar Pradesh. It will have eight concurrent expos, covering everything from Haute Couture to Home Appliances.
According to a CII Northern Region press release, the CII Chandigarh Fair this year brings more to the table, with several new highlights aimed at making the event bigger and better.

Home Appliances: The fair will feature top brands like Voltas, Karcher, and Singer India, showcasing a variety of innovative home products, from air conditioners to refrigerators and microwaves. Visitors will have the chance to explore the latest in kitchen appliances designed to combine style with precision.

Décor: An expansive collection of home furnishings, bed linens, curtains, carpets, and antique clocks will be on display, with products ranging from modern chic to traditional elegance. Residential and office furniture will also be available, offering the perfect solution for those looking to spruce up their living or workspace.
Haute Couture: Fashion lovers are in for a treat, with a selection of designer wear, ethnic outfits, and party wear for women. From beautiful kurtis and dupattas to silver and imitation jewellery, the Haute Couture section will have something for every taste.
Persona: Visitors can indulge in self-care with an extensive range of wellness products, including sunscreen lotions, face packs, Ayurvedic medicines, shampoos, conditioners, and much more. Leading wellness and beauty brands like Himalaya Wellness and VICCO will present their latest offerings.
Fruits & Food Show: A culinary delight awaits visitors at the Fruits & Food Show, featuring a mouth-watering selection of foods and beverages. Brands like ITC, McCain, Cornitos, Bonn Foods, and Paras Spices will offer everything from frozen foods and processed snacks to gourmet chocolates and organic products.
States of India: Explore the best of India’s rich craftsmanship through the handlooms and handicrafts section. This year’s edition will host pavilions from Goa, Gujarat, Jammu & Kashmir, West Bengal, and Uttar Pradesh, with artisans showcasing exquisite regional crafts supported by NABARD and the National Jute Board.
Auto Show: Car enthusiasts won’t want to miss the North India Auto Show, featuring the latest models from top automobile brands like Hyundai, Maruti, Toyota, and Hero Cycles.
Food Court: Visitors can also enjoy a diverse selection of multi-cuisine delicacies at the Food Court, offering everything from local snacks to international flavours, making it the perfect stop for food lovers.
