With three-dozen items on the menu, the Go-Man-Go Festival will remain open to visitors every evening till end-July.
Mangoes have been used creatively to design a mouth-watering starter and main course menu. Among the choicest dishes and drinks on offer are Ambiya Paneer Tikka, Chicken Tikka with mango dips (both served as sizzlers), Mango Shahi Kofta, Mango Curry Chicken, Raw Mango Cucumber Gazpacho, BBQ Mango Salad, Mango Phirni, Mango Lassi and Aam Panna, shares Maninderjit Singh, General Manager of the expansive property.

The hotel cum resort boasts of six massive indoor and outdoor lounges (the largest one Velvet Green claimed to accommodate a gathering of up to 5,000), 8 dining halls and 50+ spacious rooms and designated parking space.
Conversing with your own news website LifeInChandigarh.com, Maninderjit Singh and Executive Chef Birdaram claimed that the mango festival strictly follows the ‘farm to fork’ model as the organic mangoes are sourced directly from a 13 acres farm, which ensures that the fruits are tastier and healthier. Among the mango varieties used are chausa, langra, amrapali, dussehri, kuppi and sindoori.
