After making waves in the upmarket Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC), in Mumbai, where it opened the first outlet four years ago, Drinkery 51 (D51 for short) formally welcomed guests to full scale services in its Chandigarh outlet, on Thursday. Trial runs and hosting of some private parties was continuing since April this year.

Next two outlets are planned in Indore and Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh, where the promoter of the holding company Rabditta Hotels, Satbeer Singh, belongs.
The dining bar, with entry from the back side, a feature common to many other popular hangout places in its vicinity, offers a wide variety of multi-cuisine soups and salads, sandwiches, cold meeze, wraps, main courses, appetizers, wood fire fast food items, drinks, cocktails and mocktails.

At least four days a week, live bands will be in attendance to add zing to the guests’ evenings out.
The dining bar has an irresistible introductory offer of serving all its guests certain drinks @ Rs 51 during Happy Hour@51. To encourage vaccination against Covid 19, fully vaccinated diners will be offered 20% off on total bill.
Vaman Surender, CEO of the holding company Rabditta Hotels, in conversation with news website LifeInChandigarh.com informed that at Drinkery 51 guests will be served world class food at value for money prices. All nationally available international liquor and beer brands will also be offered at competitive prices, he added.
Surender promised that while the classy interiors of Drinkery 51 will give the guests feel of a high end restaurant during the day, the dining bar will present itself in a vibrant night club mode in the evenings with an amazing combination of DMX motion controlled lighting and state of the art sound from d&b audiotechnik, Germany.
Arched decorative steel work around seating on one side, plush upholstery, profusion of green plants and large screens add a touch of elegance to the ambience. There is also an exclusive corner, as also terrace seating for those seeking some privacy.
Drinkery 51’s exhaustive menu from its multi cuisine kitchen consists of soups, salads, pizzas, pasta, risottos. Their dal makhani and nalli nihari are must try items.
An equally tempting Keema Naan and Lasooni Murg Tikka, from their Tandoor department, and House Fries with 5 different sauces, Malai Soya Chaap and Stuffed Mushroom are also something ought not to be missed.
The select dessert section has some all-time favourites like Nutella Brownie with ice cream, Hazelnut Mousse, Banana Caramel Cake and Baked Cheese Cake.
