Formally opening the Voltas Customer Experience Zone in Industrial & Business Park Phase I, operated by Sukhmani Enterprises, company MD & CEO Pradeep Bakshi said the large format will allow display of an entire new and diversified range of Voltas and Voltas Beko products, including air conditioners, air purifiers, refrigerators, washing machines, microwaves, dishwashers, air coolers, water dispensers, water coolers and commercial refrigerators under one roof.

The company is further strengthening its portfolio of home appliances products in 2023 with the launch of a series of Voltas Beko home appliances through an equal partnership joint venture in India with global brand Arcelik.
In an exclusive conversation with your own news website LifeInChandigarh.com, Bakshi informed that the Chandigarh market brings to the company 10% of its nationwide business and despite the presence of 70 odd brands, Voltas commands 30% of the market share here. Apart from this Customer Experience Zone in the city, Voltas has 17 Exclusive Brand Outlets in the Chandigarh market apart from hundreds of other Customer Touch Points.

From here on Voltas is seeking to aggressively expand its Customer Experience Zones to have one in each of the major cities in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir, he added.
