The regional real estate leader, from residential to commercial to industrial to leasing, the SBP group with 32 delivered projects, 10 ongoing and 10 awaiting RERA approval, is set to incorporate the iconic aesthetic of global design giant Roberto Cavalli Home Interiors into its future luxury vision for India.
Inspired by the vision of SBP Group Chairman Aman Singla, an agreement in this regard was recently signed in Milan, Italy between Ranjan Tarafdar, Chief Operating Officer (COO), SBP Group, and Moreno Brambilla, Founder & Chairman, Oniro Group, licence holder of the Roberto Cavalli brand.
Announcing the partnership at a media meet in Chandigarh on Tuesday, Tarafdar, SBP Group Chief Sales Officer (CSO) Kamal Rekhi and Chief Experience Officer (CXO) Sunil Bakshi said with Alberto Cavalli’s guidance in interiors of future luxury and super luxury projects “we aim to craft masterpieces that stand as architectural signatures, where artistry, comfort and conscious design blend effortlessly to meet global expectations of upwardly mobile aspirational Indians.”
SBP Group is scouting for an ideal location in the vicinity of Chandigarh to give shape to its first luxury project showcasing the partnership before an international audience.
“We foresee a deep evolution in how India perceives wellness, leisure, comfort and identity. Our future environments will integrate curated leisure, global-standard clubs, therapeutic wellness ecosystems, and Miyawaki-inspired natural landscapes, supported by spectacular engineering, innovative technology and expressive architecture,” Tarafdar added.

The SBP Group leadership team further claimed that partnerships with international brands like Roberto Cavalli for interiors and world-renowned architecture studios such as GPMA represent the calibre of global minds that will shape SBP’s future luxury footprint.
In his message shared at the media meet, SBP Group Chairman Aman Singla asserted “Our responsibility doesn’t end with introducing an iconic brand, it only begins there. We are bringing global experts from the fields of landscaping, façade innovation, hospitality engineering and club design, who create world-class lifestyle environments, because Punjab deserves world-class luxury, delivered at global standards.”
Answering a media query, Ms Kamal Rekhi maintained that the while pursuing luxury and super luxury projects, SBP Group will not dilute its commitment to delivering more projects in the affordable segment, which it had pioneered right through its 17 years long journey. In fact, SBP Group is the only real estate player in the region developing affordable housing on a large scale, she asserted.
