• Premier real estate company DLF’s prestigious ‘The Valley’ township project in Pinjore-Kalka Urban Complex, Panchkula, spread over 200-odd acres, has suddenly come alive again for people scouting for a home, and investors alike with a string of launches. After the recent near sell-out of its entire offering of 200-plus 4-bedroom plus study fully fitted out premium independent floors of 3500 sq ft at a starting price of approx. Rs 3 crore, the company has now announced the launch of three-bedroom plus study independent floors at a starting price of Rs 2.10 crore.

Though 212 units of the 3-BHK plus study residences of 2331 sq. ft. were learnt to have been formally launched at a meet of DLF partners just a couple of days ago, according to sources the renewed aggressive pre-launch marketing and sales strategy of the company has resulted in nearly the entire offering being sold out already.

Bullish on the response to the company’s recent new launches in the new 34-acre development ‘The Valley Gardens’ within the 200-plus acre township project, the real estate major is understood to be preparing to launch a second tranche of 4-bedroom plus study residences soon at an enhanced starting price of Rs 3.5 crore.  

Every independent floor unit in both categories comes with additional dedicated room for staff, toilet and large storage room in the spacious basement. Two parking slots in stilt-plus-four-floors development are an integral part of the offerings.

Levelling work has already started at the project site for the 4-bedroom plus study residences, and sources say that construction of 3-bedroom plus study independent floors will also start simultaneously. The timeline for completion of both categories of independent floors is three years.
